  • Service data: monitoring logs (URLs, status codes, response times), dashboard names, and configuration.
  • System logs: exceptions and debug logs from our own software.
  • Server and edge logs: IP addresses and related technical metadata recorded by our servers and by Cloudflare when your browser or agents connect to our Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the Service.
  • To send essential account communications (password resets, billing notices, changes to Terms/Policy).
  • To improve reliability, usability, and performance.
  • Security and abuse prevention IP addresses in server/edge logs are used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, debugging availability issues, and keeping the Service secure.

3. Dashboards Are Public

If you share a dashboard link, anyone with that link can view it. Avoid including confidential information in dashboard names if you do not want it exposed.

4. Data Retention

  • Monitoring logs are stored for 90 days.
  • Server and edge logs (including IP addresses) are retained for a short period, typically up to 90 days, and may be kept longer if needed to investigate security incidents or comply with law.
  • Free accounts inactive for 90 days (no login, no active dashboards) are deleted.
  • We retain billing records as required by law.

We rely on trusted third-party providers (for hosting, payments, analytics, and communications).

8. Cookies and Tracking
